Melissa Talleda (Dancer) is a graduate of Goucher College and holds a B.A. in Dance and Psychology. Originally from Pennsylvania, Melissa started her dance training at Dance to the Music School of Dance. She has had the opportunity to work with fantastic guests artists both at Goucher, and abroad in Rio de Janiero where she studied under Angel Vianna and Deborah Colker. She is currently teaching dance in a multitude of styles for the D.A.R.E. dance program, Expressions in Motion, and Experimental Movement Concepts. Melissa can also be seen dancing with ClancyWorks Dance Company, The B More Dance Project, and The Effervescent Collective. She also creates work with SHMIB Dance. This is her first year with the Collective, and she is looking forward to working with all of the amazing company members!
